    No, however if there is information you need we will get it and email it to you

    You recieve 80% of the referral fee and Option Realty  recieves 20%

What other annual or monthly fees will I have to pay?
    $99.00 annual fee to Option Realty
(which will be refunded to you   when you generate a referral fee)

    The State of Minnesota requires you renew your license every 2 years - the fee varies
    You will have to keep up your continuing education

Can I recieve commission on my personal transactions?
    Yes

Can I place referrals to anyone?
    Yes - to any licensed real estate agent in the United States

What if I am not sure who to refer it to?
    Option Realty, Inc. can provide you with several screened specialists recommendations for every referral

What if I am unsure of my license status?
    We can research that for you and provide you with that information

How quickly can I transfer my license?
    If your continuing ed is up to date, we can have your license transferred in minutes
